Mae Vintage is operating from Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica.
At this time we do not offer refunds on vintage items.
Pieces are sold "as is" and all sales are final.
However, customers can cancel an order after its placement and before its shipment, for a full refund.

To initiate a cancellation, you must quickly contact us by addressing the email with ‘Order Cancellation’ and the order number.

For this reason, please read product description carefully upon placing your order. Keep in mind that due to the subtle nature of pre-owned and pre-loved items, signs of wear may appear. These are part of the story of the garment, and will only add to its beauty. Anything major will be mentioned.

We ship in Costa Rica only.

Our shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout and vary depending on the weight of your order and the delivery location.

Items ship via Correos de Costa Rica.
A tracking number is provided to you by email once your label is created. Just click on the "view order" link to follow along.
Orders are shipped every Mondays and Thursdays. 

 

P I C K U P

Orders can be picked up locally in Puerto Jimenez (Osa Peninsula).
If you would like to do so, please select the option for local pick up at checkout and email:

info@maevintageshop.com to arrange a time and day for pick up.

Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fee or the loss of an item due to an incorrect address as entered by the customer, is to be covered by the latter if this occurs.
